Buried anxieties

Obviously I am more attached to my office/Zen spa than I thought, since I had yet another nightmare last night where I came in to work and they announced that we were being moved into another building, someplace even farther away, where I had to sit in a horrible cubicle and where they had put the most godawful floral wallpaper up, along with a plethora of really tacky silk plants in order to make us more comfortable with our wretched situation. Or something like that. Anyway, it was terrible. Also, we had to share the space with a bunch of elderly women who looked like rejects from some 1950s phone answering service or something. Hmm.

I have no idea what this all means, other than the fact that epic sex does not guarantee a night of sweet dreams to follow.

On the upside, I finally had a spare moment to get a bunch of CDs loaded in the changer in my new car. Oh, yeah, I got a new car. Well, it's a new/used car, since I couldn't really afford a brand-new car (more to the point, I didn't want $450/month payments on another econobox). So I bought a used Mercedes E320. It's gorgeous -- I think of it as my Slytherin-mobile, since it's dark green. However, because of its heritage, I think I'm going to call it Gunther.
